Pickleball Warm up

By September 20, 2022No Comments

Pickleball doesn’t feel like a sport worth warming up for. Hit a couple of dinks, scatter in some drop shot and serves and it’s go time. Right? Well…maybe. Pickleball requires bending, lateral movements, jumping to bang it, and backtracking. While these movements are minimal due to the size of the court, they occur rapidly. Warming up for a sport like a pickle will activate the muscles so that you can play longer and hurt less.
