How do I set up an appointment?

You can set up appointment HERE. You do not need to see a primary care physician, hospital, or urgent care prior to seeing us.

What should I bring/wear to an appointment?

Prior to attending a session, make sure you fill out paperwork that has been sent to you. Bring clothes/shoes that are comfortable and make it easy to access the body region where your pain is coming from.

How much does a session cost?

We want to make sure our prices are transparent and up front. There will be no extra charges or hidden fees. Each full 60 minute session is $125.

Do you take HSA/FSA?

Yes- we also take cash, credit, debit, check, bitcoin, and gold.

Do you take my insurance?

At Zona Physical Therapy, we are a fee for service clinic. This allows us to treat you more effectively in less time and 100% one-on-one time with a physical therapist during your entire rehabilitation process. This means we do not network or contract with any insurance or Medicare. We can itemize a bill for you that you can self claim to your insurance, except for Medicare.

Do you take Medicare?

We currently do not take Medicare or create an itemized bill for self claim.

What is your guarantee?

If you are not improving on a visit, we will refund your session.

Do you take post operative patients?

Yes, we do! We promise not to over treat and keep you longer like other clinics.
